Mukmuk bento was #15 so here’s the next one. Reminder to self: while salmon tastes good, don’t bring fish to work. Makes the place smell extremely fishy after nuking. My bad. This was Friday’s dinner.
Rice, salmon, broccoli, leftover pajun.
Had chicken nuggets too. Still no sweet chili sauce. =(
It was raining cats and dogs this morning! I borrowed rain boots and took a giant umbrella and went out to buy cucumber and avocado for sushi. Looked at rain boots too but nothing really stood out. I will have to check out Century 21 next. I have class until 9:15pm today. =( I managed to take a nice photo because the rain stopped and the sun is shining. What a day.
Smoked salmon sushi rolls with egg, avocado, cucumbers, carrots and toasted sesame seeds.
I was craving sushi so I decided to make sushi with raw salmon this time. Half a pound of wild salmon was ~$8 so it’s not cheap but for the amount of sushi it’s cheaper than eating out. I got the fish from the local fish monger who said it was safe to consume raw.
I took a lot of pics so here they are. If you have any questions, leave a comment!

Salmon hand rolls with spicy mayo sauce, cucumbers, and avocados. These were really good.
